1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReviewGrow website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

ReviewGrow provides reputation management and review-related services, including but not limited to: facilitating the acquisition of Google reviews and other third-party platform reviews, local SEO and ranking services, and related consulting or support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of your engagement will be set forth in your order, package description, or separate agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as star ratings, ranking positions, or review counts) and any examples or estimates are for illustration only.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, or the terms or policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Google).
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when registering or placing orders.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or business.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or content provided through the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or others.

Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in suspension of your account and collection action. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReviewGrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviewGrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviewGrow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReviewGrow regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
